Construction
Our dedication to in-house craftsmanship allows us to control the quality and pace of on-site work. Our carpenters perform all our structural framing, wall framing and sheathing, finish carpentry, and millwork. We have extensive experience in structural framing, structural steel, subgrade foundation and pilings work, and aquatic features. Additionally, we have a dedicated millwork shop and warehouse facility that allows us to deliver precise craftwork and to store and catalog finishes and products for delivery to sites on an as-needed basis. Our rooted subcontractor and craft trade partnerships are also one of our most important assets. Our deep partnerships with the finest trades in New York City guarantee honest communication and complete alignment with a goal of a perfectly executed project.
These craftspeople have developed relationships with our project managers and superintendents and understand the level of quality of process and that we demand. Similarly, these companies are familiar with and able to adhere to our schedules and other project management requirements, creating a smoother experience for all stakeholders.
