For Athena Calderone’s Tribeca loft, Sacks & Co. helped shape a home defined by materiality, proportion, and a dialogue between old and new. Original architectural character meets sculptural forms, expressive stone, warm woods, and richly tactile surfaces, creating spaces that feel collected rather than prescribed. Throughout the loft, craftsmanship and subtle detailing give weight to a restrained palette while allowing each material to speak for itself.
