For Colin King’s Manhattan loft, Sacks & Co. brought the stylist and designer’s highly considered vision into built form. The renovation transformed the expansive Tribeca space through a series of precise, understated interventions—from revealing the original pine floors beneath a dark stain to executing bespoke doors, architectural details, and custom elements throughout. With a restrained palette and an emphasis on natural materials, texture, and craftsmanship, the construction allows the loft’s scale and abundant natural light to do much of the talking. Every detail was carefully executed to support King’s distinctive approach to interiors: collected, tactile, and deeply personal.
