Located in the heart of Tribeca, The Atelier is the creative headquarters of Studio Athena Calderone and EyeSwoon, conceived as a space where design, food, art, and collaboration come together. Designed by Athena Calderone, the former industrial loft has been transformed into a multifaceted environment that serves as both a working studio and a destination for intimate gatherings and events.

Sacks & Co. was responsible for the construction, working to bring Calderone's vision to life while preserving the industrial character of the original space. At its center, a sculptural, cherry-paneled volume houses the kitchen and supporting functions, establishing a distinct architectural presence within the open floor plan. Honey onyx, glass block detailing, and richly textured materials introduce warmth and contrast against the building's existing structural elements.
